Shipments

  1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • ARTONICS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:

  • ARTONICS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

  1. Return Policy:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at 01913179701 to receive instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at 01913179701. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
